The plant lift door is made according to the design and site conditions of the National Building Standard Atlas ( Atlas No. 03J611-4).
The lifting door is equipped with a spring balance system device, which uses a small power transmission system to vertically lift along the wall. The occupied space is small and flexible, and has a safety protection device.
If an accident occurs, the door leaf can be manually opened quickly to ensure personnel and articles. Quick evacuation.
The system is equipped with automatic door opening motor device (remote control and potential button), remote control distance ≤ 50 meters, with windproof insulation and sound insulation function.
Door panel and door opener
Door panel: 0.4mm double-sided white-gray color coated steel panel, metal + foam material + solid sandwich panel in metal form, the interlayer is filled with polyurethane foam, foaming density 40kg/m3, door panel thickness 42mm. Hinge mounting position plus 2.0mm liner.
Door opener: Pioneer mechanical lift door special door opener, including wall control box – one and connecting wires (drive power is 220V (380V) / (+10%) 50Hz, door speed is 220mm / sec).
Optional accessories: Observation window, personnel access door, imported door opener, aluminum alloy door panel, stainless steel door panel.
Standard safety device
Infrared protection device: When the door body is falling or rising, the infrared protector automatically sends a signal to prevent the door from running when someone or vehicle passes under the door.
Airbag inductive protection device: When the door body is in the process of descending or rising, when the airbag protector under the door touchs the person or the vehicle, the protector automatically sends a signal to prevent the door body from running.
Wire rope break protection device: When the door wire is broken or rising, the protector automatically locks with the door guide rail to prevent the door from falling down.
Torsion spring break protection device: When the torsion spring breaks during the falling or rising of the door body, the protector automatically locks with the drive shaft to prevent the door body from falling down.
